A. Your username is your email. You can click "Forgot my password" or call 309-715-7200 or email [email protected]

?. Can you point me where to log in?
A. Log into TylerSIS Student 360 here Tyler Portal or download the Student360 app from the Parent portal page.

?. When do I pay fees?
A. You may pay online but should expect to incur a processing fee. Or you may send a check to school when offices open, at backpack night or the first day of school.

?. Where is the Remote Learning option?
A. At this time no remote learning option is available.
?. How much are school lunches?
A. Your student will receive free breakfast and lunch. The menus can be found on the home page of every school site. Click the School Menu icon in the quick links section.

?. Do we need school supplies?
A. School supply lists are posted (scroll to top of this page) for K-8th grade. No supplies are needed for Prek. High School students can prepare according to their personal preferences and teacher specifications. 

? When will schools open?
A. Secretaries and office staff will return on August 3, 2022

? When is the first day of school?
A. August 19th is the official first day of school for Kindergarten - 9th graders. Prek Students should stay tuned for first day information. Sophomores, Juniors, and Senior's first day will be August 22.

?. When will I know who my child's teacher is / schedule is?
A. After students register administration will begin to organize schedules and classes based on enrollment numbers. Your child's teacher and schedule will be available in the TylerSIS Student 360 portal in early August. 


Kindergarten through 6th Grade – Registration = $15.00
7th through 8th Grade – Registration = $30.00
9th through 12th Grade – Registration = $30.00


Band Fee (when applicable) $30.00
Driver’s Education (when applicable) $50.00

Fees can be paid :

by check or cash the first week of school

Online payments MAY have the following transaction fees:

Parents who choose NOT to pay online can drop off payment to a registration location or make a payment at any school office. Please make sure payments are made no later than August 19th.

 K-12 fees can be paid online through Tyler SIS Parent Portal. Parents can deposit money into the meal accounts and, optionally, other assorted fees (registration, library fines, textbook, etc.). Parents can select what accounts to display and enter the desired amount and proceed with card information or PayPal. The online payment will provide an easy and convenient way for parents to make payment to their child’s account throughout the year. In order to log in to Tyler SIS parent portal and the online payment, use the parent email on file with student school. 


  • PreK-6th-grade classes will have a basic set of supplies provided. However, as your student's supplies need to be replenished the teacher will ask you to send in additional items. Take advantage of sales if you'd like to stock up or donate extras at BackPack Night
