The Master Plan for Multilingual Learners was developed as part of a five-year strategic plan to improve the quality, sustainability and effectiveness of our district’s Multilingual Learner programs and to meet the needs of our multilingual students and families. It is grounded in state and federal laws, district board policies, research, pedagogy and best practice.
