Title IX

Title IX is a federal law that dictates a school district has a responsibility to promptly and efficiently respond to gender discrimination. This can be in the form of sexual misconduct, dating violence, stalking, or retaliation. Monmouth-Roseville CUSD #238 takes this responsibility very seriously and ensures these matters are handled with the utmost care and discretion.

General Reporting Statement & Title IX Coordinator

Complaints or reports alleging sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating violence, stalking, or gender discrimination, including sexual orientation or gender identity, involving any Monmouth-Roseville student, employee, or person affiliated with the district should be immediately reported to the Title IX Coordinator.
